These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Savvy Social Selling affiliate program. By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to the terms below.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not participate in the affiliate program.
1. Affiliate Relationship
Participation in the Savvy Social Selling affiliate program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
Affiliates act independently and are not authorized to make representations, guarantees, or promises on behalf of Savvy Social Selling.
2. Eligibility
To participate as an affiliate, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
Savvy Social Selling reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke affiliate participation at its discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates may earn a recurring commission for each active, paying referral, according to the current affiliate program structure.
Commission details, including percentage, caps, and eligibility, are subject to change and will be communicated through official Savvy channels.
Commissions are earned only on successfully processed payments. No commissions are earned on refunded, failed, or reversed transactions.
4. Payment Terms
Affiliate payouts are issued according to the payment schedule and method outlined in the affiliate dashboard.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that payout details are accurate and up to date. Savvy Social Selling is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect payment information.
5. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for:
Reporting all affiliate income
Paying any applicable federal, state, local, or international taxes
Complying with tax laws in their jurisdiction
Savvy Social Selling does not withhold taxes on affiliate earnings.
Affiliates may be required to submit tax documentation, such as a W-9 or equivalent form, before receiving payouts, depending on location and applicable laws.
Savvy Social Selling does not provide tax advice. Affiliates are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations.
6. Marketing & Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates agree to promote Savvy Social Selling honestly and accurately.
Affiliates may not:
Make income guarantees or implied earnings claims
Use pressure-based, misleading, or deceptive language
Represent Savvy as a shortcut, automated income source, or guaranteed outcome
Use unauthorized branding, altered logos, or misleading comparisons
Position the affiliate program as an MLM, team-based structure, or recruiting opportunity
All marketing must align with Savvy’s trust-first, relationship-based values.
7. Disclosure Requirement
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Savvy Social Selling, in accordance with FTC guidelines and other applicable regulations.
Disclosures should be clear, visible, and understandable to the audience.
8. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Spam, mass-message, or use unsolicited communications
Run paid ads using Savvy brand terms without written permission
Impersonate Savvy Social Selling or its representatives
Misrepresent pricing, features, or access
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:
The affiliate must stop promoting Savvy Social Selling immediately
Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination results from policy violations
Termination does not relieve affiliates of prior obligations under these terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Savvy Social Selling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to affiliate participation, including lost income or business opportunities.
Affiliate participation is at your own risk.
11. Modifications
Savvy Social Selling reserves the right to update or modify these Affiliate Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
